Deposits

A 10% deposit is required to secure all bookings. Overnight and extended engagements require a 25% deposit. For FMTYs, the full cost of travel, in addition to a 25% deposit of the consideration, is required to confirm your reservation.

Discretion is one of my highest priorities. I treat every engagement with care, respect, and complete confidentiality, creating a space where we can both feel comfortable and at ease. I simply ask for the same courtesy in return.

Cancellations

A deposit reserves your time and confirms your booking, allowing me to dedicate that time exclusively to you. Because arrangements are made in advance, deposits are non-refundable.

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I always appreciate open, thoughtful communication. When possible, I'm happy to be flexible with advance notice. Mutual courtesy and clear communication help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for us both.

Hygiene & Preparation

I always arrive freshly showered and well-groomed, and I kindly ask for the same courtesy in return. If you've had a long day or are coming straight from work, please feel welcome to freshen up or enjoy a quick shower when you arrive—the hotel will have everything you need. If you've already showered, simply washing your hands is perfect. A little preparation helps us both feel relaxed, comfortable, and fully present together.
